The IPC Education Foundation awarded 45 IPC Student Members with an IPC Student Member Scholarship at $1,000 each. The scholarship recipi- ents are members at the following IPC Student Chapters: 36 from Auburn University; two from Purdue University; and one each from Binghamton University, California Polytechnic State University, Central Carolina Community College, Michigan Tech University, University of California-Irvine, University of Maryland, College Park, and University of Utah. Here are testimonials from a few of our winners: Ibaad Gandikota, Univer- sity of Maryland, College Park: "Receiving this scholarship is an incredible honor and a source of inspiration for my academic journey. It provides me with the opportunity to further my research and contribute to advancements in electronics and reliability. This support motivates me to strive for excellence and make meaningful contributions to the field. I am deeply grateful for this recognition and the opportu- nity it represents." Shaheen Pouya, Auburn Uni- versity: "This scholarship rep- resents a significant milestone in my journey as a researcher and a leader in the electronics manufacturing field. It empowers me to continue my Ph.D. work in reliability engineering, where I aim to develop innovative solutions for enhanc- ing the durability and performance of electronic components. Seyed Soroosh Alavi, Auburn University, received the IPC Stu- dent Member Scholarship, and the IPC Leadership Award for his leadership skills at his local IPC Student Chapter: "I'm incredibly grateful for this scholarship, as it opens doors to opportunities I've always dreamed of pursuing. I can use this scholarship to attend online training, workshops, and certificate programs in elec- tronics reliability and manufacturing—areas I'm truly passionate about.It also means I can participate in seminars and conferences, where I can learn about the latest developments in the field and connect with inspiring professionals.
