Capturing the magic: Our camera lenses seemed to be everywhere, catching the buzz on the expo show floor, at awards events, at the IPC Design Competition, and in the hall- ways where attendees had impromptu con- versations about their businesses, topics of interests, or even plans for a night out. In the pages that follow, you will discover a variety of photo galleries from the show floor and beyond. 4. Curiosity: Curiosity leads us to the technical sessions. Here, engineers and visionaries unravel the enigma of miniatur- ization, reliability, and sustainability. This was punctuated by the inclusion of the Electronic Circuits World Convention, held every three years and this year concurrent with IPC APEX EXPO. It elevated the level of technical presentations, particularly for PCB fabricators. The Electronics Connection Among many of its attributes, this trade show is about making connections, and the trade show staff and committee plan several oppor- tunities for attendees to mingle and make those connections.
